The Hobart Ecomax Plus G515SW DW261-MO is built for small to medium catering operations that need faster glass turnaround than hand washing can sensibly deliver. The supplier states up to 40 racks per hour, with programme times of 90 to 120 seconds, so it suits bar and front-of-house glass cycles where clean stock has to keep moving.
This is the G515SW water-softener model, giving hard-water sites a softened glasswash option within the machine line rather than the standard G515W identity. It also has a drain pump listed in the specification, which matters when planning the waste run behind or below the counter.
The cabinet is stainless steel with a silver finish, 600mm wide, 600mm deep and 820mm high. At 60kg gross weight, it is still a compact commercial glasswasher, but it needs a properly planned installation space, service access and a safe lift into position.
