Why this glasswasher earns its place
The Hobart Ecomax Plus G415SW DW259-MO is described by the supplier as a compact, user-friendly glasswasher for front-of-house use. It is rated at up to 40 racks per hour, giving bars, restaurants and service counters a fast glass cycle without moving every load to the main kitchen dishwasher.
This SW version is the water-softener model, making it the natural G415 choice where hard water would affect glass finish or scale the machine more quickly. The specification also lists a drain pump, so the waste arrangement can be planned around pumped drainage rather than an assumed gravity fall.
The manufacturer description highlights a double-skinned door plus automatic drain-down and self-flushing cycle, both useful for daily operation in a visible bar or front-of-house area. The cabinet is stainless steel with a silver finish.
