Why this glasswasher earns its place
The Classeq C400WS pairs the standard C400 glasswasher format with an integrated water softener fitted inside the unit. Its 400x400mm basket takes up to 16 pint glasses per load, and Classeq states up to 40 racks an hour, giving a maximum output of 640 glasses an hour when service is running flat out.
On medium to hard water, an unsoftened glasswasher scales up fast, cutting wash performance and machine life. The C400WS avoids that by softening supply water on board, rather than requiring a separate external unit plumbed in beside it, which matters in bars where the glasswasher has to fit tightly under or beside the counter.
The cabinet is stainless steel, finished in silver, and measures 460mm wide, 570mm deep and 720mm high. A drain pump is specified, alongside the rinse booster, detergent pump and rinse-aid pump described by Classeq, so the machine is set up for commercial glasswashing rather than relying on manual chemical dosing.
