Why this commercial glasswasher earns its place
The Blizzard STORM40 is the compact Storm glasswasher for bars, cafés and service counters that need proper machine washing without giving up too much under-counter space. At 470 × 520 × 720 mm, it is built for tight wash areas, but the feature set is still very much commercial: high grade 304 stainless steel construction, a pressed tank with rounded corners, and a 44 kg gross weight.
Service rhythm is kept simple. The electro-mechanical control panel gives three wash cycles — 90, 120 and 180 seconds — so staff can choose the pace to suit the soil level and the pressure of service. Automatic detergent and rinse aid dosing takes that daily judgement out of the operator's hands, while thermo-stop is there to ensure a hot rinse temperature on every cycle.
The details matter in a glasswasher because it has to be cleaned as well as used. Blizzard has made the rotating wash and rinse arms removable, with a pressed tank and rounded internal shape to make wipe-downs less fiddly. The double-skin door helps quieten the machine and improve efficiency, which is useful when the glasswash area sits close to the bar.
