Why this commercial dishwasher earns its place
The ED900A CP D is built for kitchens where soft water isn't the limiting factor but drainage and chemical consistency are. It brings the ED900's economical core—2+3 minute cycle, three 500×500mm baskets, low water usage—plus three automation upgrades: a chemical pump for automated detergent dosing, a drain pump for active water removal, and a break tank for water supply safeguards.
The chemical pump automatically injects detergent into the wash cycle at a rate you programme, eliminating manual pouring and ensuring consistent wash results load after load. No waste, no guessing. The drain pump actively clears waste water from the machine, which is critical in kitchens with tight drainage or high throughput (15–20 baskets per hour puts real demand on the drain line). The break tank keeps you washing if your main water supply dips temporarily.
You get all the programmable control: rinse thermolock to lock rinse temperature at a set point, audio status indicator to alert your team when cycles finish, and engineer diagnostic mode for troubleshooting. This is kit for operators who either have good water quality already (or an external water softener elsewhere in the building) but want the operational efficiency and drainage reliability that automation brings.
