Why this washing machine earns its place
The Miele Mop Star 60 PWM506 HW122 is a dedicated mop and cleaning-cloth washer rather than a general laundry machine, built on the Little Giant Mop Star platform Miele positions for contract cleaners and facilities management teams.
Miele's source text calls out additional programmes for intensive cleaning, with the machine intended for laundry, dishcloths, mops and curtains. The 57-litre drum takes a 6kg load, and the rapid wash system is aimed at turning around larger quantities of cleaning textiles quickly.
The current specification lists 1600rpm spin speed, white metal construction and a 99kg gross weight. At 660mm wide, 768mm deep and 944mm high, it sits in the same commercial footprint as the gravity-drain Mop Star 60 versions.
