Why this product earns its place
The Rubbermaid CX981 is a medium housekeeping trolley built for hotel housekeeping teams that need capacity without pushing an oversized cart around guest floors. Rubbermaid describes it as a high-capacity housekeeping cart for larger hotels, with a fully equipped load able to service up to 16 rooms.
The medium compact format is designed to require less floor space, and the listed footprint gives buyers the planning numbers: 1340mm long, 622mm wide and 459mm high. At 36.3kg gross weight, it is substantial enough for daily facilities work while keeping the cart format manageable for loaded rounds.
The black polypropylene build is practical for frequent movement, cleaning and knocks in corridors, lifts and linen-store areas. Rubbermaid's own description also calls out exceptional manoeuvrability, aimed at helping housekeepers work more productively while reducing strain and injury risk.
