Why this mop head earns its place
The HX236 is designed for kitchens and front-of-house areas where manoeuvring a full-width mop isn't practical. At 400mm, it's tight enough to navigate corners, tighter aisles, and around furniture without the awkwardness of a larger head. It's microfibre, so it still does the absorbency work—pulling liquids and bacteria off the floor faster and more completely than cotton.
At 260g, it's easy to handle for longer shifts. The loop fasteners clip it to the HX235 head instantly, and it strips just as fast for washing. Colour-code it and you've got designated spill control: a 400mm pad for the bar, another for the kitchen prep area, another for bathrooms. The pad itself picks up detail that larger widths miss, and it means no over-wetting in tight spaces where pooled water becomes a slip hazard.
