Why this recycling bin earns its place
CX977 is the 125 litre paper-recycling version of Rubbermaid's Configure bin, using a blue label to make the paper stream clear while the bin body stays in the range's grey rectangular finish. It measures 975mm high, 610mm wide and 495mm deep, so it gives you the largest listed paper capacity here without turning the recycling point into a loose, improvised container.
The construction is the important part: heavy-gauge galvanised steel with a powder-coated finish, specified for frequent daily use in busy environments while keeping an upmarket appearance. At 34.92kg gross weight, this is a substantial fixed-position bin rather than a light office waste basket.
That makes sense in hotels, shopping centres, offices, airports and other public or back-of-house sites where paper waste builds steadily and the recycling station is visible.
