Why this pedal bin earns its place
The Bolero GG978 is a 20 litre pedal bin in black stainless steel, standing 448mm high with a 293mm diameter. That capacity suits smaller waste points where a full-size bin would take up too much floor space between scheduled empties.
The foot-operated lid keeps hands off the bin during disposal, useful near prep, pot-wash and cleaning areas where staff should not have to lift a lid by hand mid-task. The manufacturer describes it as practical and convenient for commercial kitchen use.
The listed material is stainless steel and the colour is black, so it gives a darker finish than the standard silver version while keeping a metal body. The catalogue also lists a 2.1kg gross weight, which is useful when planning placement or moving bins for cleaning.
