Why this broom head earns its place
The SYR Hygiene Broom Head Soft Bristle Yellow L871 is a Scot Young broom head with a 305 mm width, 0.41 kg gross weight, soft bristles and a yellow colour code. It is designed for cleaning systems where colour separation helps stop tools being used across the wrong zones.
The manufacturer lists the hygiene broom head range in four colours to prevent cross contamination. Yellow can be assigned to the area defined in your own cleaning schedule, then stored and replaced consistently so the colour system remains easy for staff to follow.
Soft bristles suit routine sweeping of light debris rather than heavy scraping, making this a better fit for smoother floors and areas where a stiff head would be too aggressive. The listed warranty is one year, and the supplier identifies the head by GTIN/EAN 5032708004443.
