Why this spraygun bottle earns its place
A spray bottle is what turns a drum of chemical into something usable at the bench. Pouring puts most of the chemical on the floor of the appliance and very little on the surface that needs it; a trigger gun lays it across a vertical face, gets it into a corner, and lets you work a small area without wetting everything around it. At 1.5 litres it holds enough to work through a cleaning round without walking back to the store, and it is still a weight you can hold at arm's length and squeeze a trigger on for more than a minute at a time.
The body is plastic, which is the sensible material for something that lives on a wet stainless bench, gets knocked off it, and spends its life in contact with cleaning chemistry. The discipline that matters more than the bottle is what goes in it: keep it dedicated to one chemical, keep it labelled with what that chemical is, and never top it up with something else because the bottle happened to be empty — an unlabelled bottle of unknown liquid is the single most common chemical-safety failure in a kitchen. Rinse the head through with clean water after a session so the trigger mechanism does not gum up, and store it upright with the rest of the chemical kit rather than under a sink with the food-safe cloths.

SDS
Read the label and the manufacturer’s safety data sheet — the pictograms tell you what you are holding.

Who could be harmed, and how badly? Judge likelihood against severity before anyone opens the cap.

Eliminate or substitute first, engineer and organise next — PPE is the last line, never the first.

Keep the controls working: check ventilation, dosing equipment and storage stay as they should be.

Everyone who uses it knows the hazards, the correct dilution and the PPE — before the first shift, not after.

Products and processes change. Reassess when they do, and keep the record that proves it.
