Why this floor cleaner earns its place
Karcher's FloorPro Deep Cleaner RM 69 is built for floors that see proper grease and oil traffic – workshops, loading bays, production lines – where a standard floor cleaner just pushes the problem around. It dissolves heavy oil, grease and mineral-based staining from industrial floors and surfaces, including ESD floors, flowing screeds and epoxy resin-coated surfaces, and it works whether it's going through a scrubber dryer or applied by hand for spot cleaning.
It's the eco!efficiency partner formula for Karcher scrubber dryers, meaning it's dosed and formulated to work with that mode rather than against it – useful if the fleet is already set up that way. It's also silicone-free, which matters if the floor sits inside a metalworking or paint processing plant where silicone contamination causes its own problems in paint finishes. In the oil separator, it splits from water rapidly (rated 'asf' – easily separable), so tanks and interceptors don't clog with emulsified residue, and it's NTA-free.
It carries a pleasant, fresh fragrance rather than the flat chemical smell some industrial degreasers leave behind, and it comes as a 10 litre concentrate ready to dose into the machine or a bucket for manual work. As with any corrosive industrial-strength product of this kind, it's supplied under hazardous goods delivery rules, which makes it non-returnable once despatched – so check the dilution and application match your floor type before ordering.
COSHH: six habits of safe chemical use
Control of Substances Hazardous to Health — the routine every commercial kitchen and cleaning cupboard is expected to run.

SDS
Read the label and the manufacturer’s safety data sheet — the pictograms tell you what you are holding.

Who could be harmed, and how badly? Judge likelihood against severity before anyone opens the cap.

Eliminate or substitute first, engineer and organise next — PPE is the last line, never the first.

Keep the controls working: check ventilation, dosing equipment and storage stay as they should be.

Everyone who uses it knows the hazards, the correct dilution and the PPE — before the first shift, not after.

Products and processes change. Reassess when they do, and keep the record that proves it.
