The TEFCOLD TC57 sits in the useful middle of the TC range: enough output for a serious drinks operation, without stepping up to the largest machine in the family. TEFCOLD rates it at 57 kg of ice per 24 hours, with a 28 kg storage bin, giving bars, cafes, restaurants and hotels a dependable on-site source of cubed ice through the trading day.
The ice itself is the point of the machine. TEFCOLD's spray system produces individual clear cubes, approximately 31 x 35 x 31 mm, designed to be slow melting and suited to drinks service. Because the TC57 is self-contained, staff are not pairing a separate head and bin; they open the front door and work from the insulated storage already built into the unit.
The cabinet is made for catering environments, with a verified SS304 finish and TEFCOLD's high quality catering grade 304 stainless steel construction. Inside the storage bin, Ag+ easy-clean surfaces help reduce the formation of bacteria and odours. The removable air filter, included scoop, adjustable legs and smaller adjustable feet are all practical touches for day-to-day use and installation.
