Why this ice cube machine earns its place
The DCQ30-10A is the smallest machine in the DC self-contained line, but it doesn't cut corners on ice quality. It makes the same Qube cubes as its larger siblings: dense, crystal-clear, individually formed, slow-melting — the kind that hold a Negroni together to the last sip rather than watering it down halfway through. At 30 kg/day it couvre a quiet-to-mid dinner service or a steady breakfast-to-lunch run; the 10 kg bin holds roughly one full service period for a 60-cover restaurant bar.
Footprint is the selling point here. At roughly 500 mm wide × 600 mm deep × 800 mm high (check the spec sheet for millimetre-perfect dims), it tucks under a standard counter or into a tight back-bar corner where a modular head-plus-bin combo simply won't fit. Front-breathing air-cooled condenser means zero rear clearance — push it to the wall, plumb water in and waste out, done. Single-phase 230 V, 13 A plug-top, ~350 W running.
Self-contained architecture keeps it simple: one box, one power lead, one water connection, one drain. No remote condenser to site, no bin-to-head ice transport, no frost bridge on a separate evaporator. The evaporator, water pump, and control board all slide out the front once the fascia is off — same service philosophy as the bigger models, just in a smaller shell.
