Why this ice cube machine earns its place
The DCP32-15A packs the entire ice cycle — making, harvesting and holding — into one stainless-steel cabinet the width of a standard undercounter fridge. Its hollow cubes form around chilled evaporator fingers, trapping air inside each cube; that internal air pocket slows the melt and cools the drink faster, a tangible advantage in hard-water areas where scale would choke a solid-cube evaporator in weeks.
At 32 kg/24 h the machine keeps pace with a busy bar serving 150–200 covers a day, while the 15 kg bin means you're not refilling the well every hour during service. The bin sits directly under the evaporator so cubes drop straight in — no transport auger, no jam points, less to go wrong. A front-facing cleaning switch puts the machine into a flush cycle without pulling the unit out, and the air-cooled condenser breathes from the front, so it can sit flush against a back wall.
The refrigerant is R290 (propane), low-GWP and future-proofed against F-gas phase-downs. Power draw is 340 W on a standard 13 A plug — no three-phase upgrade needed. Adjustable feet level the unit on uneven quarry tiles, and the door opens left-to-right with a magnetic gasket that seals the bin cold.
