The 7013.2785 is a purpose-built crushed-ice bin for service counters that need ice presented and reached cleanly, not improvised in tubs. Its 2/1 GN format gives it a clear role in a bar, buffet or chilled-display run: a dedicated ice well that sits where staff actually work.
The inclined design is the useful detail. Crushed ice is handled constantly during service, and a sloping bin makes the stock easier to see, scoop and manage from the operator's side. For drink service, seafood presentation, salad display or chilled self-service layouts, that can make the difference between a tidy counter and one that slowly turns into a wet, awkward compromise.
Combisteel specifies AISI 304 for this model, so it belongs in a commercial wet-service environment where cleaning and durability matter. The drain is on the operating side, which should be planned into the counter layout before the opening is cut: staff access, meltwater route and cleaning access all need to work together.
