Why this accessorie earns its place
The Combisteel 7013.2715 is the largest standard GN crushed ice bin in this five-product set, giving a wide ice-holding position for counters where crushed ice is central to the way service runs. It is built around the 4/1 GN format, so the buyer is choosing scale: more ice area, more reach along the counter, and fewer improvised containers in the middle of service.
That extra spread is useful where presentation and workflow meet. A long ice bin can support chilled bottles, buffet display, garnish work, cocktail service or a high-throughput drinks counter, provided the wider station is planned properly around it.
This is still a bin, not a production machine. It needs an ice source, a sensible refill routine and a cleaning plan. The better the counter design, the better this kind of accessory performs: staff should be able to reach it naturally without blocking the till, pass, prep area or customer-facing service.
