Why this slush machine earns its place
The DB331 is the compact single-tank option in Polar's G-Series slush range. It gives you one BPA-free tank for a hero flavour, a seasonal special or a chilled-drink offer, without asking for the space or cleaning routine of a multi-bowl machine.
It is made for pre-made slush or chilled drinks, with a chilled-drink mode for juices or squash as well as adjustable stirring speed for controlling slush thickness. The digital controller keeps those adjustments simple, so staff can tune the machine around the product rather than fighting a fixed setting.
The front-of-house appeal matters. LED lighting helps the drink stand out on the counter, while the stainless steel and ABS construction gives the machine the right commercial feel. The bowl and tap assembly can be removed for cleaning, which is exactly what you want on a machine handling coloured, sugary mixes.
