The Roband DM31B is the black finish option in Roband's two-speed milkshake and drink mixer range, aimed at cafes, fast food outlets and front-of-house counters that need shakes made cleanly and repeatedly. It has the visual discipline of a counter appliance, but the important work is in the beaters, cup support and sealed operating parts.
For lighter, airier shakes, the Saturn beater is designed to produce extra fluffy results while using minimal ingredients. For broader drink work, the stainless steel Universal Beater gives two blade options, covering normal milkshakes through to thicker ice-cream-and-milk shakes without turning the station into a manual mixing job.
In use, the DM31B is made for speed. It accepts standard 710ml, 24fl.oz. cups without needing to tilt them out, and the hands-free cup support lets the mixer run while the cup is held in place.
