Why this pod coffee machine earns its place
The Nespresso CitiZ EN167.B is made for spaces where coffee needs to be good, fast and uncomplicated. It takes Original Nespresso pods, so users get a familiar capsule routine, while the black CitiZ body keeps the machine smart enough for reception counters, office kitchens and small guest-service areas.
Operation is intentionally stripped back. Two programmable buttons cover Espresso and Lungo, and Flow Stop lets the user set the coffee length so the machine stops automatically at the preferred level. That gives a more controlled result than guessing by eye, especially where several people use the same machine through the day.
Inside the routine is a set of useful coffee details. De'Longhi specifies a 19-bar performance pump for flavour and aroma extraction from each capsule, and the improved thermoblock system is stated to bring the machine ready to brew in 25 seconds.
