Why this filter coffee machine earns its place
The Marco SP9 Twin is for coffee businesses that take filter seriously. It gives you two precision brew heads over an undercounter boiler, so a bar, cafe or restaurant can run a by-the-cup filter menu with more flexibility than a single manual pour-over station.
Each head uses a magnetic recipient holder that can be removed and adjusted to the height needed for the brewing device. That matters in real service: the brewer can work with most manual pour-over devices, sold separately, and the holder arrangement lets the site choose the brew vessel rather than forcing the menu around one fixed stand.
The twin-head format is the reason to choose DE596 over the single SP9. It lets a speciality coffee counter run two filter services side by side, whether that means two origins, two recipes, or simply enough headroom to keep by-the-cup orders moving during busier spells.
