The DC677-3P is a Bravilor B10 R round filter brewer for operators who need more than jug coffee but do not need the footprint or holding volume of the larger B40 machines. It is the 3 phase variant, with the 10 litre urn positioned on the right.
Bravilor describes the B10 as a bulk brewer for venues serving large quantities of roast and ground coffee. It brews a 10 litre batch in about 10 minutes, then holds that coffee in a matching 10 litre VHG container. Because the container is removable, staff can brew in one place and serve in another, which is valuable for meeting rooms, breakfast stations, staff areas and organised event service.
The VHG container is double-walled and electrically heated, so it is designed to keep coffee warm while protecting the aroma of freshly brewed filter coffee. Adjustable brewing time gives control over extraction, while the built-in timer and coffee-ready signal keep production predictable when staff are handling other service jobs at the same time.
