Why this espresso coffee machine earns its place
The Fracino Contempo CON3E is the automatic three-group version for venues that need coffee service to move quickly without losing the feel of a proper commercial espresso machine. It can make six espressos at the same time and is described by Fracino as ideal for high-volume sites wanting to offer espresso and speciality coffees.
The build is deliberately traditional where it counts. Each group uses a brass body with a stainless shower plate, solenoid valve and high-pressure pump, while thermosyphonic circulation keeps the groups constantly hot for coffee making. Temperature control is provided on each group, giving the barista a more stable platform when the machine is under pressure.
The high-group layout is useful for modern service, where takeaway cups and taller speciality drinks often sit beside classic espresso cups. Fracino includes an espresso tray for use with the high-group feature, so short drinks still sit correctly under the group. Hot water and steam are operated by rotating valve handles on solid brass valves, with separate control of water and steam pressure by brass safety valves.
