Why this espresso coffee machine earns its place
The Fracino Contempo CON2E is the showpiece version of a practical commercial espresso machine: bright stainless steel, pyramid feet, a traditional cup shield and the sort of polished counter presence that suits a cafe, bar or restaurant where the coffee station is on display. It is not just dressed up for the counter, though. Fracino builds it around the working parts a trade buyer will care about: a copper boiler, brass-bodied groups and a high-pressure pump.
Temperature stability is handled through thermosyphonic circulation, keeping the groups constantly hot for coffee making, with temperature control on each group. The group build includes stainless shower plates and solenoid valves, and the machine gives the operator manual-feeling control over service through solid brass valve handles for hot water and steam.
The CON2E is also designed with the realities of service and safety in mind. Pressure is managed by a triple-contact pressure switch, while water and steam pressure are separately controlled by brass safety valves. The automatic water-level system uses a probe, electronic control unit and solenoid valve, and the stainless steel steam tube is made to be easy to clean between busy milk-drink runs.
