Why this under counter water boiler earns its place
The CZ791 is the matt black version of Instanta's 5Ltr InstaTap G2, built for smaller hot-water points where the visible finish matters. It keeps the boiler below the counter and puts a compact font at the point of service, so the counter stays clearer while boiling water is still available on demand.
For a compact undercounter boiler, the operating detail is strong. Instanta lists 21Ltr/hr output and a 20 minute heat-up time, with electronic control for a constant temperature up to 96 degrees C. Automatic re-circulating mode helps prevent under-temperature drinks, while an LCD read-out gives early warning diagnostics rather than leaving staff guessing.
The user experience is simple: illuminated buttons, free pour or measured pour, and smooth-flow dispensing to minimise spluttering and steam. The boiling water safety lock is a valuable addition for shared areas, especially where not every user is a trained catering operator.
