Why this under counter water boiler earns its place
This is the larger polished stainless InstaTap G2 for sites that want boiling water on demand without parking a bulky urn on the counter. The boiler sits below the counter, while the included font gives staff, guests or customers a clean, simple dispense point above it. For service areas where presentation matters as much as throughput, that split makes sense: the workhorse is hidden, the contact point stays neat.
The I2CB20H pairs a 20Ltr boiler with 30Ltr/hr output and a 43 minute heat-up time, so it is aimed at steadier demand rather than occasional top-ups. Instanta's electronic control holds water up to 96 degrees C, and the automatic re-circulating mode is there to prevent under-temperature drinks when the machine is waiting between pours. Early warning diagnostics are shown on an LCD read-out, giving staff a clearer prompt before a small issue becomes a service problem.
Dispensing is deliberately flexible. Users can free pour, use a small measured pour or use a large measured pour, with illuminated buttons to keep operation obvious. The smooth-flow, anti-spatter dispense is designed to reduce spluttering and steam, which matters when hot water is being used repeatedly by different members of staff.
