Why this soup kettle earns its place
The Rowlett soup kettle is designed around a real kitchen problem: the waste and heat loss of shifting hot liquid from hob to service. The 10-litre stainless steel inner pot is hob-safe across all types — gas, electric, induction — so you cook your soup, stock or liquid food directly in the pot that'll hold it. When it's ready, transfer the pot straight into the heated kettle for service. No pouring, no separate containers, no loss of heat or flavour.
The kettle itself is a dry-heat system (no water bath to top up or worry about), with digital control that holds your chosen temperature accurately between 40–90°C. This keeps food genuinely hot during service, not lukewarm. The hinged lid and ladle notch mean service is quick and fuss-free — fill plates or bowls without removing the cover or wrestling with lids.
Cleanup matters when you're running fast. The whole unit breaks down easily: the stainless steel pot lifts out completely, so you can wash it separately from the kettle. Nothing trapped, nothing awkward, just clean kitchen practice. At 10 litres, you're holding roughly 40–50 portions of soup, stock or liquid food, so it's scaled for events, banquets and high-service catering where you need reliable, consistent heat and minimal intervention.
