The Roller Grill HVC 60 GN is a standing plate warmer designed for high-volume service. Its double insulated walls trap heat efficiently, keeping warm plates at a consistent temperature without drying them out. The integrated water tray adds humidity control—a feature that makes the difference between warmed plates and plates that look lived-in by service time.
Inside, the heating element is protected and paired with a circulation fan that distributes heat evenly across the 60-plate capacity. At 1.5 kW and running on standard 230V single-phase power, it slots into any pass layout. The whole unit weighs 30 kg and measures 925 mm tall, making it a solid, stable presence without dominating counter space.
