Why this food warmer earns its place
The Victor HDU30Z turns food into visual selling. This is a heated display cabinet designed for the counter where customers can see what they're buying—quartz heat lamps positioned to light and warm full-size GN trays without creating glare or losing heat. Toughened glass on all sides means your hot food is visible and inviting, not hidden behind a steep angle or tinted plastic.
The heating comes from 300W of quartz lamp technology, which is different from a traditional hot plate or cupboard. Quartz lamps heat food directly and evenly, maintaining temperature without the slow heat loss of solid metal surfaces. The cabinet fits a full 1/1 GN pan, which means proper food service capacity in a compact counter footprint. At 1110 mm wide and 580 mm deep, it's designed to be prominent on the counter where customers can see and choose.
Stainless steel frame with toughened glass construction is built to handle the thermal shock of heated service—the glass won't stress or discolour over time. All the electrics are housed safely, with a 220V/240V plug connection and 2 kW output that runs on standard commercial supply. This is equipment that looks as good as it performs.
