Why this hot plate earns its place
The HT641 is built for counters where hot food has to look deliberate, not merely kept warm at the back of the pass. Its heated ceramic glass surface gives you a clean, flat presentation area for pans and trays of pre-cooked food, with enough width for a busy service run of roasted vegetables, meats and other hot dishes.
Because it drops into the counter, the Cossiga Linear hotplate becomes part of the serving line rather than another loose appliance sitting on top of it. That makes it especially useful where staff serve from one side and customers view from the other, or where a self-service counter needs clear access without losing the polished look of a fitted display.
The overhead gantry is doing more than holding heat in the customer's sightline. Halogen lighting gives the food a brighter, more appetising presentation, while the flat top sneeze screen helps protect the display in customer-facing areas. Digital thermostatic control keeps operation straightforward: set the unit, load the food, and keep the service line ready.
