Why this hot plate earns its place
The HT637 is a useful mid-size Cossiga Linear hotplate for counters that need more than a compact hot point but do not need a full-length run. Its heated ceramic glass surface gives room for pans and trays of pre-cooked food, keeping roasted vegetables, meats and other hot dishes ready for service.
The drop-in design is what makes it feel like a proper counter installation. It sits into the foodservice line and gives access from both sides, which works for assisted service, self-service, or a counter that has to flex between the two depending on the daypart.
This version uses an overhead gantry with halogen lighting and no glass. That makes the display bright and open, with the food easy to reach and easy to see. Digital thermostatic control keeps the hotplate simple to operate once the line is set up.
