The Buffalo HZ508 is a compact warming tray for keeping buffet food ready to serve without committing counter space to a larger cabinet. It is designed around a full-size GN 1/1 tray, giving a familiar working format for kitchens, cafes and canteens already using gastronorm pans.
The format is flexible. Use it with one GN 1/1 pan for a single hot item, or split the surface with smaller dishes such as two GN 1/2 pans or three GN 1/3 pans. Buffalo makes clear that the trays are sold separately, so the HZ508 can be built into the service style you actually run.
Control is kept simple enough for a busy counter. Digital touch controls allow staff to set and lock the temperature, helping avoid unwanted adjustment once service is underway.
