Why this display fridge earns its place
The Roller Grill RDB800 earns its space by doing two jobs without asking you to commit the cabinet to one menu. Use it as a chilled display for salads, wraps, cakes and other ready-to-serve lines, then switch it across for frozen desserts when the offer changes. For operators with seasonal menus, daypart changes or limited shop-floor room, that flexibility is the point: one prominent cabinet can support more than one sales plan.
Presentation is central to the design. Full-length LED lighting and white LED corner illumination are there to keep the contents bright without harsh shadows, while the glass-sided cabinet gives customers a clear view of what is on sale. The white finish suits lighter counters, bakeries, cafés and food-to-go spaces where the cabinet needs to look deliberate rather than just functional.
Roller Grill has also built the RDB800 for practical temperature management and daily use. Ventilated cooling is designed to move air consistently through the cabinet, with the evaporator mounted at the top, while the electronic thermostat handles precision control and automatic defrost. Triple-glazed safety glass panels with hidden anti-condensation elements help retain the set conditions and keep the display readable.
