Why this hot plate earns its place
The HT635 gives you the Cossiga Linear format in a more compact width. It is made for counters serving pre-cooked hot food from pans and trays, giving dishes such as roasted vegetables, meats and other hot menu items a clean heated ceramic glass surface instead of a cluttered holding point.
The drop-in design is the real advantage. Once fitted into the counter, the hotplate becomes part of the service line, with access from both sides for assisted service or self-service layouts. That makes it useful where space is tight but the display still needs to look intentional and front-of-house ready.
Staff operation is straightforward: set the heat through the digital thermostatic control and use the ceramic glass top as the holding and display surface. The overhead gantry adds halogen lighting with no glass screen, so food is well presented and easy to reach during service.
