Why this gantry earns its place
The Chefmaster HED240 is a stainless-steel heated display unit with a gantry designed to accept two 1/1 GN pans. It creates a defined presentation area for prepared food at a counter, pass or buffet service.
Twin infrared 250 W bulbs provide both heat and light, keeping the display visible as food moves through service. Independent controls for each side let staff manage the two sides separately around the service being run.
