Why this multideck earns its place
The Buffalo HW922 is a freestanding heated multideck for sites that want hot snacks to sell from a prominent front-of-house position. Its 200 litre capacity gives pies, pasties, hot filled rolls and similar products a proper retail-style display, with internal LED lighting to keep the range visible and appealing.
Unlike an open holding point, this merchandiser uses two sliding doors. Buffalo highlights them for two practical reasons: they help keep more heat inside the display, and they improve hygiene by keeping the cabinet enclosed between customer or staff access. The internal space is arranged over two adjustable shelves, so the cabinet can be set up around the products being sold. The digital temperature controller and display make temperature adjustment straightforward, and Buffalo specifies a set range for hot holding. The unit is also described as plug and play, with no specialist installation required.
