Two adjustable glass shelves let you adapt the interior to your stock profile. Load it with shallow pans, deep containers, or a mix—the space adjusts. Stainless steel throughout, with rear double sliding glass doors and removable exterior glass doors, so you can restock and clean without theatre. Pricing strips are included, positioned right in the customer's sightline.
At 229 kg, it's substantial but far lighter than the 1.5-metre unit, making it genuinely moveable for repositioning or deep clean. Digital temperature control holds between +66 and +90 °C, and the four low-profile castors position it flush to your counter line. Rear-vented design slots neatly into built-in layouts.
