The Vollrath Mirage JE936 is the integrated version of the Mirage induction buffet warmer, made for counters where the hot display should look built-in rather than placed on top. It can be installed overhanging a countertop or sunk into the counter, giving designers and operators a cleaner way to build a professional buffet line.
Vollrath uses induction warming here, with four power levels: low, medium, high and chafer preheat. That gives staff a practical range for different dishes, from gentler holding to bringing a chafer up before service. Touch controls and LED indicators on both the control panel and the glass top make the operating state easy to check at a glance.
The top surface is tempered black ceramic glass. It is strong, non-porous and easy to clean, which is exactly what you want on a guest-facing buffet where spills and quick turnarounds are part of the routine.
