Why this hot cupboard earns its place
The Falcon Chieftain HT3L is purpose-built transport for hot food. When your kitchen and dining room aren't in the same space—a separate banqueting suite, a distant bar, a private dining room—this trolley bridges the gap. It holds one heated chamber with multiple segregated rack compartments, each positioned to accept 1/1 gastronorm containers. Ten rack runner positions per compartment, spaced 65 mm apart, let you stack covered containers vertically so maximum food travels in minimum space.
At 1200 mm tall and 1480 mm deep (base is 700 mm wide), it's a substantial piece that makes a statement when it rolls across the floor. The reinforced bumper bar all round protects the trolley from collision damage—essential when you're moving through swinging doors and tight kitchen corridors. The stainless steel galley rail fitted to the top adds stability for smaller service items or a hand hold for your staff. All stainless steel construction ensures durability through years of hard transport and quick cleaning.
The heating is maintained throughout the journey. You load hot food into the trolley in the kitchen, close the doors, and push it to the serving area—the insulated chamber keeps everything at safe serving temperature for the duration. The power supply is positioned at the opposite end to the handle, designed so it doesn't tangle with your grip or interfere with navigation. Castors let one person move a fully loaded trolley with confidence.
