Why this heated display earns its place
The Roller Grill WD100 is a working display, not a showpiece. Perspex front means customers see fresh pastries, croissants, pies and pasties without touching—the lighted interior shows detail and finish. But the real craft is underneath: thermostat control holds food at the exact temperature you choose between 20°C and 110°C, and integral humidity control keeps items looking fresh, not desiccated by mid-morning.
Front and rear opening means you work the display from both sides—load from the back, serve from the front. Single gastronorm 1/1 capacity is honest sizing: a proper display for a busy counter, not undersized theatrics. The stainless steel frame and perspex cabinet stay clean between fills, and the thermostat means you're not guessing at temperature. 650W running on 230V, so it fits any counter circuit.
At 590 mm wide and 350 mm deep, it takes up the counter space a till and a tip jar used to share. The professional appearance—clean lines, compact footprint—works in bakeries, farm shops, forecourts and cafés where the window merchandise is your second salesperson.
