Why this heated display earns its place
The Lincat Seal Pie Warmer is built for the job most heated displays have to do: keep finished hot food warm and looking good without drying it out. At 520 mm wide and 330 mm deep, it takes up modest counter space but displays food at the right height and distance from customers. The cabinet holds up to 60 standard-sized pies, though sausage rolls, pasties, cut pizza, or any smaller hot food works just as well. The toughened glass door lets customers see what's on offer without you having to keep opening it.
Temperature control is the key difference between a warmer that works and one that dries food out. The Seal maintains a reliable 72–95°C throughout the cabinet, adjustable to suit what you're holding. Pies and pastries stay moist at the lower end; sausage rolls and fried chicken hold better at 85–90°C. The stainless steel and toughened glass construction handles the damp environment of a busy counter—no rust, no sweating, built to last. Chrome-plated rod shelves let air circulate evenly, and the whole thing is designed to be wiped down and cleaned properly at the end of service.
At 750W and 230V, it plugs into any standard commercial socket. It's a single-phase unit with a simple plug, so installation is straightforward—no wiring, no complications. The 27.9 kg weight means it's stable on the counter but manageable if you need to move it for cleaning. Two years of parts and labour warranty gives you peace of mind.
