Why this heated display earns its place
Space is money in a kitchen. The Seal 500 heated display proves it. At just 750 mm wide, 500 mm deep and 575 mm high, it doesn't dominate your counter, but it holds 112 litres of hot food, lit and merchandised properly to catch sales. Lincat engineered this unit for generous capacity where space is scarce — perfect for a bakery counter, a café top-up, a petrol station forecourt kitchen, anywhere you need visible hot food without giving up half your workspace.
It holds a steady temperature — nominally 72°C — designed to work reliably in ambient conditions up to 32°C and 70% humidity. That means it won't labour in a hot kitchen or outdoors on a busy day. The unit runs on 230V single-phase power at 1520 W, so it plugs into a standard commercial socket without needing dedicated wiring redesign.
What you get is a genuinely small, hardworking piece of kit that looks after your hot food and doesn't waste your counter.
