The Chefmaster HEG489 is a one-zone heated display base for presenting hot food on a black toughened-glass top. Its heated area measures 324 x 526 mm, giving a focused service-counter surface for holding prepared food.
The adjustable 30 °C to 85 °C range lets the operator set the display area for the service requirement. The stainless steel base gives the unit a practical commercial finish, while the glass top keeps the presentation surface visually clear.
