Why this heated display earns its place
The Buffalo HW920 is a straightforward way to put hot snacks where customers can see them and reach them. It is aimed at service stations, cafes, hotels, canteens and convenience stores, giving those sites a compact heated display for food-to-go counters and breakfast, lunch or impulse-snack service.
The open front is the important distinction here. It gives customers easy access to the food, while the all-round glass and internal lighting keep the contents visible and appealing. For sites where speed and impulse pick-up matter more than an enclosed front, the HW920 keeps the route from display to sale short.
Buffalo specifies enough room for up to four half-size gastronorm trays, which are not supplied. Rear dial controls provide independent temperature regulation for each shelf, with the manufacturer material stating an adjustable temperature controller range. That lets the operator run a mixed hot-snack offer across the display rather than treating the cabinet as one blunt holding space.
