Why this heated display earns its place
The Buffalo HT761 is for service points where cooked food needs to stay presentable and ready, whether guests are helping themselves or staff are plating from the counter. It combines heated bases with overhead infrared lamps, so food is supported from below and above instead of relying on one source of heat.
Each heated base has its own temperature control, and the red infrared bulbs are independently controlled too. That matters on a mixed counter: one tray may need a gentler hold while another benefits from more overhead heat. The controls are simple enough for busy service, but they still give the operator useful separation across the warmer.
The stainless steel housing is made for commercial use and the modern gantry design is smart enough for customer-facing areas. Full-size gastronorm tray compatibility makes it easy to work with standard prep, cook and service routines, and the supplied bulbs mean the unit is ready to set up without sourcing lamps separately.
