The rack is made from stainless steel for durability and easy cleaning, with a fully welded construction for strength and stability. An L-shaped bracket is included to support installation on the stainless-steel table it is designed to sit on.
There is no heating, no bulbs and no power requirement: this rack is for ambient storage or serving rather than hot holding. It stands 700 mm high and has a stated 1500 × 350 mm footprint.
