JM547 is Parry's three-tier ambient chef's rack in the 1800 × 350 mm format. It is made from stainless steel, finished in silver, and measures 1800 mm wide, 350 mm deep and 900 mm high overall.
The three-tier layout creates a more organised place for ingredients, utensils or finished plates, helping the pass hold more without spreading everything across the working surface. It is ambient equipment: there is no heating or bulbs, and no power is required.
Parry describes the rack as fully welded for strength and stability, with an easy-clean stainless-steel construction suited to a busy professional kitchen. It is designed to sit on top of stainless-steel tables and includes an L-shaped bracket.
