JM530 adds a clear, organised holding and service area to the pass. The single-tier rack measures 1800 mm wide by 300 mm deep and is designed to sit on top of a stainless-steel table, keeping ingredients, utensils or finished plates accessible where the service team needs them.
Its ambient design means there are no heating elements or bulbs and no power requirement. That makes it a straightforward choice when the aim is to reduce clutter and create a defined pass or holding area, rather than heat food.
Parry builds the rack from stainless steel with a fully welded construction. It is strong enough for the demands of a busy professional kitchen and easy to clean as part of the working service area. An L-shaped bracket is included with this model.
