Why this heat lamp earns its place
The JA865 is a practical countertop warmer for keeping cooked food ready for service almost anywhere you can set up a pan. Buffalo has designed it around infrared lamps that channel heat down onto the food, helping dishes stay warm and appetising for longer during buffets, carveries, event service or plating.
The stand is sized to suit a full-size GN 1/1 pan, so it fits naturally into professional kitchen and buffet workflows. Staff can swap pans quickly as service moves, keeping the counter topped up without rebuilding the whole station. The GN pan itself is sold separately, as are the white-light infrared lamps.
Control comes from the adjustable lamp height, which lets the operator vary the intensity of the heat and light over the food. That is useful when one product needs a closer hold and another is more prone to drying out. The aluminium reflector is there to direct heat efficiently downwards, rather than wasting the lamp output around the counter.
